I have worked with Paton for many years both managing a rental and selling our home(while we were overseas). Paton is an honest and genuine agent who is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
While managing the property Paton would always try to fix something himself first, but if necessary he has a long list of reasonably price, very good contractors. Paton sold our place while we were overseas, he took care of absolutely everything, even going to Bunnings and getting paint to touch up cupboards.
When all is said and done I feel like we have underpaid him. I highly recommend him for selling and managing leases, you cannot go wrong!
