Paton Jamieson Prestige Property office front door will be closed.

Upon entry Attendees are encouraged to sanitise and keep a distance of 1.5m.

  • Face Masks are compulsory upon entry

  • A QR Check in is required for all attending the office (excluding staff).

  • Show Double Vaccination Certificate 

  • Any pens used by other people are to be sanitized immediately after use.

  • All staff are required to have a minimum of 1.5 meters between them at all times, or 1 person per 4sqm (density requirements).

  • No physical touching other members of staff or shaking hands.

  • Any staff member or that have a family member with the mildest of cold or flu like symptoms are not to enter the premises.

  • Please stay home and get tested for Covid-19

  • Sanitiser is available for use at the front reception area.

  • Regular washing of hands encouraged and regular cleaning of all surfaces touched by staff, including general office and executive desks.

  • Any dishes used by staff are to be immediately thorough cleaned.

  • Regular sanitising and office cleaning to be conducted by each individual of their own work desks on a daily basis and Administration team to clean office meeting areas.



Commencing 11 October 2021


In accordance with the NSW Government’s Public Health Order, all clients over the age 16 will be required to provide proof of their full COVID-19 vaccination or medical contraindication certificate prior to entering any of our properties.


As part of the public health order, clients will also be required to wear a mask while in the property and in any common areas.


Hand sanitiser will be readily available at entry and within side.


Entry will be at the discretion of the management and subject to capacity restrictions.


To ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients, our team members, and the wider community we will continue to follow all directions from the NSW Government and health authorities and operate in line with our COVID Safety Plan.


We would politely ask that you respect our team and any request they may have. Our open for inspection can only be conducted under the new Government orders and to please not take any offence.

Additional Requirements

The Agent will request the home owner or tenant to open all doors and have all lights on in the property prior to their arrival. Where it is a vacant property the Agent will open all doors and turn on all lights on their arrival. 

Sanitiser will be provided for all Attendees to use.


  • QR Check in via the NSW Service App is required and all Names & Phone Numbers are to be collected and recorded on the Open Inspection record sheet, as Attendees enter the property. Attendees must be asked whether they wish us to use this information to contact them

  • Attendees are requested not to touch any surfaces in the property

  • No more than 10 people in a property at one time, excluding real estate staff.

  • When maximum numbers have been reached a sign will be placed on the door and the door will be locked, to request that further Attendees “Wait, and we will be with you in a moment”

  • Smaller limits will apply if the property does not allow for a total of 10 people to be in the premises (allowing for the minimum of 4sqm per person)

  • Social Distancing measures to be maintained, keeping 1.5 metres from others.

  • Anyone with the mildest of cold or flu like symptoms are to be denied entry under government requirements and be advised to go and get tested.

  • On completion of Inspection the Agent is to sanitise, put on gloves and wipe down any surfaces that may have been touched with Anti-Bacterial wipes.
